Amazing staff who care plus refreshing daily stocked minibar

The animation team was a highlight, keeping everyone engaged in daily activities. The hotel's location is perfect, right by the beach, and the staff's friendliness.

The staff was beyond awesome.

The bed was very uncomfortable, and despite asking for a solution, the replacement was just as bad. The air conditioning was inadequate. Ambience was overshadowed by these issues, leaving us disappointed with our choice.

It was just a good pick for a fleeting moment in Marmaris with definitely value for money. I really enjoyed the clean rooms that were tidied up daily without hassle. Consider checking the local dining options outside the hotel for variety.

This hotel in Içmeler made our vacation nice. I loved having a spacious room that was cleaned daily with very nice views. The food at the main restaurant was tasty with several options available every meal, while the pool bar's lunch was really good, with freshly served choices right at your table. The animation team brought so much fun and energy to the place. They genuinely engaged with us and made every day exciting. The private beach area was perfect for relaxation, and I enjoyed the very nice sunsets there. On the downside, some of the drinks offered at the bar felt low quality, and the snack bar had limited hours. The entertainment could also be more diverse, as I noticed some acts repeated. There were a few minor cleanliness issues in some areas, but they were promptly addressed when I brought them up. The staff's effort, especially the guest relations team was good.

The entertainment during the afternoons and evenings was fantastic, especially thanks to the engaging animation team. We loved the beautiful garden view from our room.

The walking and cycling path along the beach was perfect for our morning workouts, and we enjoyed sports like table tennis and basketball. Service was friendly.

I felt the pool water was too cold, and it limited our ability to enjoy that part of the hotel.

Amazing staff and delicious food

I was blown away by the very nice staff, particularly Yunus and Huseyin Kalkan, who consistently kept my drinks topped up with a smile. The meals were a highlight, especially the BBQ night, the chicken was to die for, and the presentation at the buffet was great. The animation team kept the atmosphere lively and engaging with various activities throughout the day.

Would recommend for a brief pit stop.

Comfortable hotel, excellent location, with a helpful 24-hour reception and a relaxing seasonal outdoor pool, making it easy to unwind after exploring nearby attractions.

Everything was first-rate.

The main restaurant offered a variety of well-cooked dishes, including deep-fried mussels and tender, flavorful meat dishes. Cleanliness was really good throughout the hotel, and the staff, especially those in the Aquarius Restaurant, provided attentive service. The a la carte dining experience at Lure was excellent with perfectly cooked octopus tentacles. The overall atmosphere and amenities.

Evening entertainment can be noisy for rooms at the beach end.
